Only regret is not making the switch to ShowClix's all-in-one ticketing system earlier!
The headache and wasted time I dealt with for years could have been avoided if I'd tried this first. But better late than never - could not be more pleased with the results.

ShowClix offers Payment Plans at checkout for some events. The details of these plans are specific to the events themselves. A few general policies may apply to all orders placed under a payment plan: Orders cannot be exchanged or upgraded until an entire payment plan has been paid. Payment plans cannot be paid off in advance of the originally selected plan structure. Payment plans are not refundable. Payment methods cannot be changed until a payment fails on the invalid method. Customers will receive an email indicating an update is required and instructions to enter a new payment method to complete the payment plan. Orders will not be canceled.
ShowClix only saves the last four digits of your payment information. Due to PCI Compliance, they do not keep or store your full credit card information, and do not have the ability to charge you without your knowledge. If you need to make an additional payment/charge, ShowClix requires that you input your payment information again..

ShowClix is unable to offer refunds after a ticket has been purchased without consent from the event promoter. However, a refund may be issued when an event is canceled. In the unfortunate event that an event is canceled, a refund in the amount of the face value of the ticket (not including service and delivery fees) will be issued. Service and delivery fees will not be refunded. The event promoter will have control over refund availability and/or duration. ShowClix will not be able to issue refunds until any outstanding balance and/or refunds are compensated by the event promoter. If you find someone willing to go in your place between now and the event date, they recommend making the necessary change to the ticket so it coincides with the attendee's personal ID. The ability to change names within a customer's MyTickets account may be subject to event policies. In most cases (if the seller's policy permits them to), they are more than happy to swap your tickets to another available date and time, pending the pricing is the same. Some Event Organizers use ShowClix exclusively as a ticketing software solution and maintain all transactions on their own merchant account. This means that ShowClix does not have permission to complete transactional adjustments to those orders. For additional information please reach out to the event organizer directly.
If you are attending an event that offers the option to have your tickets mailed to you, please note that shipped tickets usually arrive 1-2 weeks before the start of an event. Your tickets will be mailed to the address you enter at checkout..
